How is the world champion rank calculated, has anybody from Nepal made it by score to the rank?

How do we know that Nepal had given some world class athletes to the World mountain and skyrunning championships ?

Knowledge is power! Yes Nepal has been doing quite well, but now dipping because the athletes are not given opportunities to race in standard races which gives them an entry into the global competition.
